Welfare to work provider, Rehab JobFit, has appointed Jennifer Jarvis, a leading figure in the welfare to work sector, to the role of Head of Operations.
With over 10 years of experience in the industry, Jennifer has a strong track record in quality assurance, business mobilisation and operational performance. In her last role as Supply Chain Director at Reed in Partnership, Jennifer led the successful management of 30 end-to-end subcontractors and a network of specialist partners across the Work Programme, other Department for Work and Pensions contracts and skills delivery. Jennifer commenced with Rehab JobFit in February and will be responsible for driving operational performance, quality assurance and continuous improvement across the organisation.
She said: “I do not underestimate the responsibility of the role or the challenges we will face. It is a privilege to lead an organisation which plays such an important part in overcoming barriers that prevent jobseekers from finding and staying in work.”
